Easter 2014

Resurrection eggs done the quick way.  I had a hard time with the boys setting out the eggs for the bunny to hide on such a remarkable morning tomorrow.  I haven't built up the Easter bunny much... So it is amazing how the world affects the boys. Anyway, P and K were so kind to set the eggs out for the bunny to hide, so of course I had to play along:). I looked up ideas on Pinterest about resurrection eggs.  I adapted it to write on the eggs the boys made earlier today.  We will see how it goes tomorrow am.  

Today was a great day at the maddens Easter egg hunt, dying eggs and just hanging out at home.  A big day was also had in the potty training world.  I came down w underwear on this am, so we went with it!  Score: toilet 2.5. Floor 3.5. Current record was the toilet had never scored any points nor playing time!

I believe Patton drew this picture of spike, so spike had to reply.  This is a repeat from last year, but I love encouraging the boys to write back and forth to him;)

December photo project #1

Delicious December treat for 3 very deserving leaf rakers and haulers!! So thankful for big boys who have their moments of responsibility without forcing them to do something.  Well deserved cherry on top visit.

Teacher Wedding Shower

This weekend we had a shower this weekend for my cousin who is going to be a teacher.  It was a blast!  I hope to get a picture of her invitations on here soon.

Patton is loving to draw these days. He thought it would be nice to draw Spike. So Spike thought he would return the favor! Love the drawings and patton's writing! Cherish!!

I forgot to post spikes adventure last night of puzzles. We forgot to drink hot chocolate while watching his movie premier tonight....so hot chocolate for breakfast? I think so!
